Kate Mitchell
Kate graduated with her Master of Physiotherapy in 2013 and went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. She has a wealth of experience across both the public and private sectors in Melbourne and London and has held senior roles at Northern Health and Western Health. Kate is incredibly passionate about supporting women and children of all ages with pelvic health concerns, including bladder and bowel control issues, pelvic organ prolapse, and persistent pelvic pain.
Kate has extensive experience working with patients during pregnancy, post-partum, perimenopause, and beyond. She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her practice, ensuring her patients feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their care. Kate is committed to helping her patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
Outside of work, Kate loves being active and spending time with her young kids and the family dog—who happily considers themself the third child.
